Note on Revision 12.2
Revision 12.2 was not issued. Revision 12.3 removed references introduced by Revision 12.2. Revision 12.4 clarified that Revision 12.2 did not occur.
The Bureau is aware that a number of published artifacts state that they supersede Revision 12.2, that certain equipment reports running it, and that the Official Record verification search continues to return results attributed to it. These are administrative references to a revision that was not issued. They are not evidence that it was.
HAEB Directive 12.2 remains in force. A directive numbered for a revision does not require the revision to have occurred.
