What to Do If Yesterday Occurs Again
Remain calm. Repetition of a prior day is often limited to memory, routine, weather, meals, meetings, or other low-variance civilian activity.
Do not compare details with coworkers until you have independently completed Form 22-R. Two similar recollections may become mutually corroborating if left unattended.
One past, correctly filed.
History is complex. The record does not need to be.
HAEB detects and resolves:
- Documentary irregularities.
- Premature inventions.
- Biographical overlaps.
- Sequence conflicts.
- Canon divergences.
- Other events that have already become the Bureau's responsibility.

2026 Annual Continuity Report
The Bureau completed 14 stakeholder meetings, issued 312 pages of guidance, reviewed 318 incidents, and confirmed that every year covered by the reporting period occurred in approved order.
